Bee’s Knees is a prohibition-era gin cocktail born out of the 1920’s. Our version of this cocktail is made with a bit of lavender, Barr Hill’s Gin, their local Vermont raw honey, and lemon. Our MILKWEED® gummy is made with Barr Hill local Vermont raw honey, THC and CBG for a bee-well relaxing experience. MILKWEED® Cannabis Confections was born at "Monarch and the Milkweed," a former staple of the Burlington, Vermont restaurant landscape. Opened in 2016 by chef owner Andrew LeStourgeon, "Monarch and the Milkweed" was known for its fiercely creative cocktail menu and as the home to MILKWEED® Cannabis Confections.
